Y Bothy Exploring a Culture of Care

Join Y Bothy. A shared space of artist facilitated action learning, testing a Culture of Care solutions for your working environment. A place to explore and play with the imagined before taking it into the world, to your organisation in a real life setting. We then return to reflect on the new learning & knowledge gained with questions & shared curiosity. We work together to discover outcomes that we were unlikely to have been able to find alone. It is the joy of community in the quest for a better way of being. Starting with a question, we meet once a month to explore a Culture of Care and how it can create positive change in your organisation, improving access, how we work together and value each other. Every 3 months we explore a new question. Y Bothy subscription includes: 3 months exploring a Culture of Care question, re-imagining, testing & sharing ideas. An online hwb for ongoing conversations and sharing of ideas. 2 experienced facilitators Our Aims are.... To provide an open space to share and learn. To creatively respond to questions in relation to a Culture of Care. To imagine, uncover & discuss new avenues & concepts in relation to the questions posed. To work together in a Culture of Care environment.
